Inside the icomancer's program group (in "All programs" menu) you'll find a special icomancer mode that will reset the User Interface to its defaults. Please try that.

I have tried to put this awsome program on my backup computer and this error came up. Do I have to register it separately on my backup computer.

Allright... as with many other users happens: something is messing icomancer at memory level. Something in your computer (mostly a high security software piece) is not letting icomancer even start, for this message comes from the splash window.
So please check with your antivirus software and/or run icomancer as administrator so it runs smoothly.
