Cannot sign into icomancer (General)

I am having a problem with the program. I uninstalled it. Then reinstalled the program. When I restart it. The icomancer account setup shows which is normal. The problem is when I entered my username and password, and push the enter button it goes blank. Then I got a message about the license.Now icomancer will connect to the internet and get a license file for you. No personal information will be transmitted in the process.
Then another message popped up.

It seems the licensing server isn't available right now.
Reported error is:

Now that is the problem. I cannot connect to the server. I have a Standard account which I cannot access.
