Fatal error (Support requests)

I'm deeply sorry for not attending to your support request earlier. I've been experiencing issues with my email account and totally missed the notification.
So... that error may be caused by a change in PHP version... Are you using SMTPing out of the box or you're working with the PHP scripts on your own environment?
