UAC is messing up with icomancer.

This is a common issue for systems with too high UAC settings or an antivirus too kicky to let icomancer work.

Please run icomancer as administrator and/or whitelist it on your antivirus package.

That's UAC.

UAC or your antivirus is messing up with icomancer. Please run it as administrator and/or white list it on your antivirus.
