app upgrade (Support requests)

Hello;
I downloaded and installed the app then I opened an account under my user name ,I then decided to purchase Icomancer and they sent me another user name and a different account number . I wish to use my original username also I still see FREE user in my account profile when I actually purchased the Standard version.Can you help in correcting this?

Please disconnect the new account and connect your previous account and let me know if it is ok :)
