iconmancer won't open (Support requests)

I'm on a windows 7 (ultimate) 32-bit system and been using icomancer for several years. Today I tried launching it. It opens and quickly minimizes to the taskbar. I tried a clean reinstall and the same thing happened.
Have you trief the "reset" mode?

Go to the program files menu and look for the "Reset settings" option. That may help.
If not... it may be an update or something you installed that is not allowing icomancer to run.
