Problems with icomancer? Check here! (Notices)

If you experience a problem o detect a bug, or something isn't working as expected, please use the search tool up here at the forum looking for someone with the same problem of yours.

Important note: strong security settings and kicky antivirus programs mess with icomancer at two levels:

  • They don't allow icomancer to write to a folder, its own "AppData" folder or even the temp folder.
  • They make icomancer crash by messing with it at resource levels.

So, please first try to run icomancer as administrator -even if you have an administrator level account- and whitelist it on your antivirus/antimalware software. If that doesn't work, then, please submit a support request :)

We're switching the support method!

Now we're using Triklet as our tech support system for icomancer. There we'll have a better tracking for issues reported by our users. Just go to the link below and open a ticket, explaining what you where trying to do and, if possible, upload a screen shot. That'll help us in reproducing the problem in order to fix it.
