I need a second email (Support requests)

Dear Sir,
I purchased a standard license and within 5 minutes recieved an email, included was this statement:

Please wait for a second email where your account type will be
re-set to the accordimailng license type you've chosen.

I have changed my password/ Can I installl Iconmancer or do I have to wait for a second emmmail?
