System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path 'C:\ProgramData\LAVA SoftWorks\icomancer\tracking_database' is denied.
This line says it all: Windows User Account Control or your antivirus is not letting icomancer save its own datafile. Please whitelist it or run it as administrator.
