Please try to run icomancer as administrator (Support requests)

Even if you have UAC disabled, there are some times that even doesn't matter for Windows to mess up with unsigned apps (like icomancer). So run icomancer as administrator by right clicking on it and hitting "Running as administrator", then try again to craft & save and please let me know if that fixed up your issue.
If you're using XP, then please check your antivirus and tell it icomancer isn't a threat.
