I paid from bits du jour promotions page and am still waiting for second email. Several hours have passed.

Please use the same user name and password on the first email and login onto icomancer's website. Then change your password :)
Your account is properly set to "Standard", so when you connect it on icomancer you'll be able to download all the premium content packs.
