I have reinstalled twice to eliminate this error, but not succeeded.I am trying to change the icon file. :-) Kind Regards.

The message is pretty obvious... have you tried what it says?

Link files are more protected than directories. So it seems that something is protecting the link file from being touched by icomancer.

Now, try something else: rename the link to something else (i.e. "Burn", try to set the icon again and, if successful, rename it back to "BurnOn CD&DVD" to see if icomancer can set the icon on it.
