HotFix [Rev.100] for icomancer 1.3.1 is available

We've been notified by a couple of users about exceptions rising on file identification.

For that reason, we added the next fixes:

Rev.99: (Imbuer) Fixed a bug that thrown an exception when more than an item with an existing name was found.
Rev.100: (Crafter) Added a fallback when a problem identifying a source image to be saved (when "Save All" was clicked)

Please download and install this hotfix.

Warning: only for icomancer Release 1.3.1! if you don't have this version, please update before applying this HotFix.
