<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This exception you're describing is not new, and it is related to UAC or an antivirus blocking icomancer. By running it as administrator or whitelisting it in your antivirus you can get over it and allow icomancer to freely save its own files and apply icons to folders in any location of your disk.</p>
