<title>Windows UAC or your antivirus is the problem (reply)</title>
<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Either your User Account Control is too high or your antivirus is preventing icomancer from saving its own settings. You need to either run icomancer as administrator or whitelist it on your security program.</p>
