<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Ehm.. that's usual when you have high UAC security level and/or a kicky antivirus (icomancer isn't a signed app)... any of both is not allowing icomancer to write to the temp folder.</p>
<p>Try running it as administrator. If the problem persists, it is possible that you have an inavild temp folder specified in your Windows user profile. In such case, let me know and I can give you further instructions to fix it :)</p>
