<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Go to the program files menu and look for the &quot;Reset settings&quot; option. That may help.</p>
<p>If not... it may be an update or something you installed that is not allowing icomancer to run.</p>

<title>iconmancer won't open</title>
<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I'm on a windows 7 (ultimate) 32-bit system and been using icomancer for several years.  Today I tried launching it. It opens and quickly minimizes to the taskbar. I tried a clean reinstall and the same thing happened.</p>
