<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This is a common problem caused by very high security user levels (mostly software that blocks application at process/memory level). That's because icomancer is not authenticode signed (the same reason it is treated as malware).</p>
<p>Please run icomancer as administrator and whitelist it in your antivirus software. That will get you fixed up.</p>
