<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Under some circumstances I don't yet know, this exception rises. In all the test environments I've never been able to reproduce this exception.</p>
<p>It seems to be related to blockages by UAC or antivirus programs. That's because icomancer is not signed.</p>
<p>So, first, be sure to run icomancer as administrator and tell your antivirus to trust icomancer. Then, run it. That should fix this behavior.</p>
