Please check your "All Programs" menu, and if you don't find the ImageMagick group it is because of this blockage.

So, you may download and install ImageMagick from the next link:
http://www.imagemagick.org/download/binaries/ImageMagick-6.8.5-3-Q16-x86-dll.exe

When installing, please be sure to check the "Install ImageMagickObject OLE Control for VBscript, Visual Basic, and WSH" option... that's the one icomancer needs.

Please do so and run icomancer again :)
